N!CK'S, a Swedish ice-cream and confectionary company, retained Morgan Cederblom as CEO of the U.S. start-up. Morgan developed the Go-To-Market Business Plan, conducted a consumer focus group, secured FDA approvals, set up the U.S. company and accounting systems, identified and connected the client with business partners, led the search for a Regional Sales Manager, planned the Expo West show in Anaheim, CA and helped launch the brand in 2019. N!CK'S is now available in over 13,000 stores in the U.S.
MADO ENERGY is the world's first energy drink with Astaxanthin, nature's most powerful antioxidant, 6,000 times more powerful than Vitamin C. It was developed in 2020 by CEO Salim Mekhmoukh (pictured) and his business partner Hicham Azhari. Morgan was brought in as COO to develop the go-to market strategy, finalize brand conceptualization and design, secure co-packers, launch in May of 2022 and getting the brand in distribution.
Dream of Truffles is an ultra-premium Swedish boutique chocolatier brand. After years of success in Europe the Company decided to enter the U.S. Market. Morgan and his Business America Team were retained to set up the U.S. company, prepare the launch strategy and get the social media channels set up along with a new website. Extensive planning went into the launch at the Atlanta Market Gift Show in 2022. The show was a resounding success that greatly exceeded the high expectations set by executive management.
